Quality Assurance Statement
At The Flying Fish Company, we are committed to delivering training and awareness sessions of the highest standard. Our grief awareness courses are grounded in lived experience, shaped by evidence-based research, and developed in line with recognised best practices.
All grief-related training is independently written and delivered by Helen, founder of The Flying Fish Company. These sessions form part of the Workplace Grief Awareness Series, a collection of original courses created to help organisations better understand and respond to loss in the workplace. Helen draws on her professional background, lived experience of loss, and ongoing training to ensure each course is delivered with care, clarity and credibility.
Helen has completed FAIB-approved Mental Health Advocacy Training. Any Mental Health Advocacy sessions offered through The Flying Fish Company follow the official FAIB curriculum and are delivered in accordance with their approved standards.
All content in the Workplace Grief Awareness Series is regularly reviewed and updated using policy guidance, charity and government research, sector reports and participant feedback. Feedback is personally reviewed and used to adapt and improve content to ensure relevance and impact.
Training delivery reflects CPD principles and is informed by trauma-aware, inclusive and accessible teaching approaches. Helen is also currently undertaking the Level 3 Award in Education and Training to further enhance the quality of course design and delivery.
The Flying Fish Company maintains a clear privacy policy, copyright statement, terms of use and cookie policy, available on our website. We are committed to providing a safe and respectful learning environment for all participants.
